Campers are expected to arrive at 6am on 13th November, 2020
Departure is on 15th November 2020.
Anyone wishing to extend their stay does so on their own budget. Our chaperons will be available to assist duly.


  • Regular: GH₵ 500 – registration, shared accommodation (2 per room), conference materials and meals.
  • Premium: GH₵ 700 – registration, accommodation (single), conference materials and meals
  • Non-Residents: GH ₵250 – registration, conference materials, meals, no accommodation
  • Foreigners: $250

While we will keep an updated version of the programme on our website at all times, you will be receiving comprehensive details at the event. Participants will be split into teams for various sessions.

Accreditation and Registration
Once you are accredited to attend the camp, we will create a personalized participant badge/tag for you. This badge must be clearly visible at all times for purposes of security and access control to the venue. You will need a valid identification card to pick up your badge.

Artworks will be done for participants.

Safety, Healthcare and Emergencies

Security personnel and a medical team will be on-site to provide help in case of security and medical emergencies respectively.
Participants are to note that insurance for medical, travel, or any other purpose, is their responsibility.
There will be mandatory regular thermal screenings for all participants.
Campers must adhere strictly to all Covid-19 safety protocols.


If you’re a person with special needs, you’re entreated to provide organizers with your unique requirements that will offer you a convenient stay. This includes persons on special diet.
There will be interpreters for persons with hearing impairment.

Accra’s daily temperature in November is averaged at 28 degrees Celsius. There are expected rain showers within this month
