Q: How long does it take to receive confirmation after registration ?
A: If you meet the eligibilities, you should get a response from the selection team
within 5 working days of registration. First check the spam folder of your email. Reach out to us if there are unexplained delays.
Q: Are there any funding or sponsorship packages for participants
A: We fund local transport, camp materials, trips and feeding.
Unfortunately we’re unable to sponsor costs of international flights and visa
processing.
Q: I applied. Does this mean I’m qualified will attend the event?
A: Only paid up members who are issued an invitation and registration number are
eligible to participate.

Q: Do I need to apply for a visa ?
A: Some attendees will need to apply for visa to travel to Ghana. A visa may be
obtained from Consulates or other Embassies authorized by the Government of Ghana
to issue visas on her behalf. Check the Participants Guide to see if you need a visa for your trip to the Africa Youth Camp.
Q: When should I send in my visa application? How long does it take?
A: Processing times for visa applications vary depending on the visa office and the
time of the year. Participants are encouraged to apply as soon as their registration is
confirmed to ensure they receive the visa in time.
Q: Does Global Youth Network give assistance for visa acquisition?
A: Having confirmed you as a participant, we will issue to you an official letter or other such relevant information to enable you process your visa if you need one for your travel to Ghana.
To facilitate visa processing, we have made arrangements with various foreign
missions. Contact your consulates.
Q: How can my organization become a partner/sponsor?
A: We’re open to partnerships that are in line with our vision. To support this initiative ,

Q: Can my organization participate as a delegation?
A: We welcome delegations from universities/student groups, youth-based
organizations, national and international agencies. If you are interested in sending a
delegation, reach out to us.
Q: What is the application process breakdown and timelines?
A: Step 1- Registration for the camp through filling the application form through
this website.
Step 2 – After you have applied and your application is accepted you will receive an
official letter of invitation and directions to make payment of the camp fee.
Step 3 – The participant will be added to the final list of participants
